This two-story home features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, access to a community swimming pool, and a private screened porch and deck where you can dine, mingle with your loved ones, and listen to the sounds of the nearby surf. You will stay at a recently renovated retreat with a new stove and microwave, pressure wash exterior, touch-up paint interior, tree trim exterior, and new bedding!

This 1,444-square-foot home is wonderfully located within steps of a path to the beach. Spend your days walking or riding bikes on miles of trails that wind throughout Wild Dunes, or take a quick drive to the golf course to practice your putting skills. The Isle of Palms Marina is two miles west, and downtown Isle of Palms - with its great shopping, dining, and entertainment - is two miles beyond. Historic Charleston is also just 17 miles west, where you can dine at some of the best restaurants in the country.

3 bedrooms with enough space for 6 people! It is a 5 min walk to the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful. The back screened in patio is great place to hang out!
