The roof level balcony requires access from spiral staircase inside condo (no elevator access to rooftop).

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**
