We've stayed in a lot of rental units over the years and this experience exceeded our expectations. We loved having a screened in porch with comfortable furniture that exited directly to the beach within steps from the ocean. Every window in the unit has an unobstructed close-up view of the ocean. Two sets of sliding doors with screens allowed us access to fresh air and the sound of crashing waves. The unit is decorated with a tasteful design and very comfortable furniture. The TV comes with free access to YouTubeTV and the wifi access was flawless with no interruptions. The kitchen is small but well appointed to meet immediate needs for coffee (k-cups or drip) or cooking on a small scale. Everything was immaculately clean and fully functioning. Two rolls of paper towels, dish/dishwasher soap, towels, sponge were supplied. Washer/dryer was perfect for small loads and worked like a charm adding an extra convenience. I would also like to compliment the cleaning staff as this unit was meticulously clean. I especially like that, for once, we were not required to strip the beds at the end of the stay. With that said, I hope the unit was found to be as clean on our departure as it was on our arrival. The communication with the trip coordinator, Deserving Vacations, was outstanding. They even called me to tell me that a bulb was out but honestly, we would not have noticed. Thank you for everything that allowed us to have a wonderful trip to IOP. We definitely will be returning here.
