Located on the picturesque Isle of Palms, South Carolina, 3002 Cameron Boulevard offers a prime coastal living experience in a highly desirable neighborhood. This property is nestled just a short distance from the beach, providing easy access to the island's stunning sandy shores and the Atlantic Ocean. The home at 3002 Cameron Boulevard is a spacious, well-appointed property that embodies the charm and style of coastal living. Featuring a mix of modern and traditional architectural elements, the house typically boasts open-concept living areas, abundant natural light. This stunning home has two front doors perfect if you have a family member who cannot do stairs.

As you enter the home, the open plan living room leads to a fantastic Chefs Kitchen with everything a family could need to cook family meals. There are large doors leading from the kitchen to to a large screened patio with a great table for alfresco dining and a comfy sofa to relax and read a book.

On the ground floor, there is a second living room with two spacious guest bedrooms and one shared bathroom and a Mud Room / Laundry area. The bedroom also has a glass door from the bedroom to another screened porch which also leads out to the magnificent yard and pool and exterior entertainment area.

Moving to the first floor where you find the Main Suite which comprises of a very large bedroom with an open plan area with a desk, a daybed with a twin trundle. The room boasts an extra large walk-in closet and an incredible en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower.

The outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying the warm Carolina weather. Many homes in this area offer elevated designs, private backyards, and outdoor entertainment areas like decks or patios, ideal for gatherings and relaxation.

The garage is not available for guest use.

This home is dog friendly to non-shedding breeds only (proof of breed is required). One dog is considered with a $300 pet fee, applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner and not paid by the pet fee. Please note - pets are not allowed in the pool. If pool cleaning service determines pets have been swimming in the pool during your stay, you will be charged a $250 pet fine.

A few important notes to be aware:

- NO HOUSE PARTIES. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. Cars must be parked in driveway only. This house is a family vacation rental that is also located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of larger gatherings.
- Guest must be at least 30 years of age in order to rent and occupy the home.
- For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front exterior entrance of the home.
- $250 Credit for Beach Gear & there are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.!

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! We really enjoyed the house. We will definitely be coming back. The neighborhood is super quiet. I do wish that the pool was lit up and the backyard had some better lighting. But my six-year-old had a blast in the pool. Still get this property 10/10

Fantastic property with a beautiful primary suite! The location is ideally located with close proximity to the beach and restaurants on the island. The pool in the backyard is beautiful and the grounds are extremely well cared for. The owners of this property are very responsive and we had an amazing experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The housewas very modern and well appointed. There were a few issues with ant's and other bugs that developed as the week progressed. The house next door was under construction so we chalked the excessive activity to that taking place. The pool was a homerun and there was ample shade throughout the backyard to allow us to spend the entire day outside. The neighborhood (aside from the construction each week day at 7:30am) was quiet. It was a quick walk to the beach and short drive to the stores when needed. If you are looking for a quite, laid back experience we recommend this property. We would stay again.
