Great location and beach. Property was clean and we had everything we needed. However I feel like it was not as new as the pictures make it seem. This is clearly an older unit that has been updated some. Bathrooms need an overhaul especially the floors. Very outdated looking. Also please install grab bars or slip resistant mating in showers. My 90 yr old father found them very slick and unsafe. Track lighting above bar and lights under microwave did not work. Also all TV's are streaming only. So if you want to watch TV you will need to sign into your streaming account if you have one. The location is great and property grounds were amazing. Would have liked a more updated unit but we enjoyed ourselves still
