This beautiful single-level end unit is conveniently situated on the second floor of the oceanfront F building within the Port O' Call condo complex of Wild Dunes. Simply walk down the complex stairs, or ride the elevator, for quick access to the beach or pool. The condo has been outfitted with coastal furnishings, an updated bathroom, full size washer and dryer, added cabinet space, and bonus sleeper sofa in the living room. We know you will love it!

**Attention Guests: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

New for 2025 Rental Season: Kitchen updated with brand new cabinetry, countertops, and stainless appliances. Bedroom outfitted with new furnishings, and living room furnishings refreshed (new sleeper mattress July 2025).

Sleeping accommodations for up to four guests-large bedroom with king bed, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. It is accessible via the building elevator or stairs, and short walk down shared breezeway. The Port O' Call complex offers its guests access to the outdoor Port O' Call Community Pool (not heated or cooled, open sun-up to sun-down) directly next to the F building (pool is visible from living room window), and uncovered parking within shared Port O' Call lot for two vehicles.

WIFI and Linens are included. No Smoking. No Pets permitted per Wild Dunes regulations.
