The room was everything we had hoped for. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was convenient for the Galata Tower and many shops and restaurants. The tram line was about 10 minutes walk for access to all the major attractions. The room was a bit noisy at night but I think this would be the same for any hotel in this location

La zona es un poco oscura pero muy segura a pocos pasos empiezan los bares y retaurantes . Impresionante el movimiento de los alrrededores. El trans esta muy cerca y el puerto para tonar el barquito tambien.La recepcion siempre fue muy atenta al igual que las chicas de la limpieza. Hermosa experiencia en Estambul.

The view from my room was amazing also location close by karakoy neighborhood the best in Istanbul. The size of the apt was good enough for 1 person, overall clean pro: safe box in the room was not working properly from the first day of my arrive, l have to informed to the receptionists to open it every day in 5 days of my stay they never fix it. Couple times they didn't clean my apt. Very disappointed with the staff, no frendly no smiling no empathy.l lost my key of my apt , the stuff was annoying fact they have provide new one and accuse me don't lost anymore wiill be a cost of 5 euros. Barely a good morning with a smile,no very welcoming of my arrive.
