I booked 2 rooms, when I came to the hotel, despite talking to me on WhatsApp in the morning they never mentioned that one room got cancelled, they only mentioned about it when I asked them. Instead of getting a refund, they said the other room can accommodate 4 people, which did not make sense to me, as I booked another room, I paid for it. I asked for a refund for the room, they agreed to it, and on Expedia they declined the request, despite going back and forth, I did not get my refund.

Die Lage und der Preis waren leider das einzig gute an der Unterkunft. Wir mussten mehrmals wegen des Self Check-in fragen wie die Codes sind. Die Unterkunft , vor allem Badezimmer und Küche waren alles andere als sauber. Die Küche hat kaum Utensilien und wenn , sind diese verdreckt und laden nicht ein selber zu kochen.
