Very nice hotel in a more peaceful neighborhood of İstanbul away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. It is hard to stay in a room closer to the Bosphorus! Staff is professional and responsive.

First time in the area, great stay!

The hotel was very elegant with a beautiful view facing the water. The room was very clean, all the staff were very polite. The man at the front desk helped us acquire a card for public transportation and even helped us refill it. The hotel was accessible to the ferry and the staff helped us understand the system. All the workers were so attentive and kind, great customer service!

This waterfront property on the Asian side of the Bosphorus Strait is elegant, peaceful, and historic. The staff could not have been more accommodating in arranging tours and excellent dining options. All in all, this was a very relaxing spot from which to explore the Kanlica neighborhood and Istanbul, set among beautiful homes, parkland, and of course the waterway connecting the hotel to downtown Istanbul. We would especially like to commend the Reception staff of Levent, Berkay, and Orkun for their attentive service and responsiveness!

Location is super but didn’t receive the drink or upgrade, the electricity was out a great deal of time, so no ac & the water was out for a few hours so no bathroom or shower for several hours.

Somewhere to watch the world go by

Stunning location on the Bosporus. Hours pass watching the world go by and you’ll be hard pushed to find a nicer spot. We enjoyed an evening meal at the restaurant and breakfast was superb, honey and clotted cream...yum! Staff were hfriendly and parking worked well. Neighbourhood was nice. If we’d stayed longer we could’ve explored more, or just spent was time watching ships! Minor pain was not being able to work the air con. It wasn’t particularly hot weather but the room was v warm at night. Some may prefer that.

Everything was great except when we called to find out if the snacks in the room were chargeable we were told only the minibar is on a charge. I clarified on the snacks and it was repeated only mini bar is on charge. However during checkout it seemed there was a miscommunication due from the front desk. Hence we were charged extra for the snacks. At that point of time it became very embarassing that we were checking out taking the snacks from the room and leaving. The whole scenario looked very embarassing for me and I ended up paying 160 TL more on my reservation. I would have expected if there is a mistake from the hotel staff I dont have to pay for it.
