The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Everyone was genuinely kind, and wanting to help us whenever needed. The spa facilities were great. We even got complimentary breakfast to our room on the day we were leaving early in the morning. Staff communication was impeccable, lovely to meet everyone and hope to return soon. The hotel is close to all places you’d want to visit. The cleaning staff were also very sweet. 10/10

From our arrival to our checkout, the hotel and staff were outstanding! Pleasant, unhurried, and very helpful. Ajwa Sultanahmet Hotel is a beautiful hotel perfectly located in the old town area, within walking distance of famous historical sites like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We had so much fun exploring the neighborhood and discovering amazing rooftop dinner spots nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The staff make the experience here fabulous, the majority of the time the staff were amazing. There were a few language barriers which meant we were overcharged for in room service but nothing too much. The whole decor and atmosphere of the whole was wonderful. We regretted not using the restaurant and will deffo stay here again next time we're in Istanbul. The pool, sauna and steam room were fab!

Classy Turkish hotel great location tucked away on the hill. Food, shopping, dining were few steps away. Good internet service. Breakfast was great. It was on the top floor with a view of the city. 5 Star hotel in the heart of the Old City

The staff were incredibly helpful. Most of all, this hotel is quite elegant and tucked away in the Old City, about a .8mile walk from major sites. It does require some steep walking up/down hill. They have a free shuttle that will take you to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and the Grand Bazaar. They are happy to arrange for a taxi to other locations (Galataport, airport, etc.) Beds really comfortable, all marble bathroom nicely appointed with towels individually wrapped.
