The property was amazing and clean and near from Glata tower with lots of coffee shops and dining. The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. I would like to thank miss Bahar for her hospitality and for making my family feel so welcome. The personnel went over and beyond her job requirements in assisting us on our trip she was eager to assist us and answer all our inquiries.

Het verblijf was oke maar ook niet meer dan dat. Het is géén hotel maar een inlogcode met een hal en kamers. De eerste kamer was een zonder ramen dus die hebben we geweigerd. De tweede was oke maar voor 2 nachten. Er is verder niets aanwezig. Kamers zijn veel ouder dan op de foto’s.

Kıyafetlerimizi yerleştirirken Galataya çıkma ümidiyle acele ettik ve bir an durup yatağa baktığımızda nevresimlerde traş olunmuşcasına kılları gördük. Görevliye ulaştığımızda nevresim değiştirileceğini belirtti fakat zaten teslim almamız gereken saatten 2 3 saat geç vardık otele hazırlanmasını beklerdim. Ayrıca sürpriz yapacağım romantik minik detaylar bırakır mısınız diye yazmıştım herhangi bir not falan hiçbir şey yoktu.

Although the staff was very attentive, the photos published on Expedia do not correspond to the place. It is not as nice in reality. Additionally they accommodate you in several buildings nearby, which are not the ones in the photo at least in my case. We stayed a couple of nights in one building and then they moved us to another. It was not bad, but the bathroom smelled bad at times.
