when we first landed, the host contacted us telling us the property was not ready and that he would put us in another property for our first night, he sent us a taxi to pick us up from the airport. upon arrival to the new property, we found it dirty and unkept, so we contacted the host and they sent someone to clean it, which took a while. The next day he told us the other accommodation was ready, and a taxi would collect us at 2pm to move to the listed place, however we were waiting for a full hour outside with our bags until the taxi arrived.when we arrived at the listed property, we realised that there was only 2 bedrooms, even though the listing said 3. there was an unpleasant smell and water had dripped through the roof into the kitchen stairs. we attempted to inform the host about the bedrooms, however he stopped answering us.there were cockroaches in the upstairs bathroom, and mould on the windows.we then started noticing bug bites on ourselves, and soon realised there was bed bugs. they were in one of the bedrooms, and there was many with lots of eggs. we again attempted to contact the host to ask to be moved to another property, however he only said that he is sorry, and didn’t respond after that.we had to find our own accommodation for the last couple of nights, after sleeping on the floors downstairs to not sleep with the bedbugs. we ended up spending way more on the new place, and overall our trip was fully ruint.DO NOT STAY HERE
