This is a very stylish and spotless apartment hotel in the Kartal district. The location is excellent for shopping, with easy access to two large malls, as well as Migros and Carrefour supermarkets nearby. ​The room was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Regarding the metro, it’s a 15-minute uphill walk, but you can easily reach it through the shopping mall to avoid the hill. ​Just a note: the area is currently under development, so there is construction noise starting around 8 AM. However, it didn't bother us at all, and we had a comfortable stay. There is a small Starbucks in the lobby, which is nice, though the hotel does not have its own restaurant.

We booked 7 nights here. However after arriving parking was an issue plus when we got to our loft there was a constant generator made noise all night and we could not sleep. The hotel is located next to a power plant and multiple construction sites. The view and the noise are horrific. No parking garage is opened for use, lofts are not that big and the first floor feels super small and cluttered. We checked out after the first night and although the Front Desk Manager committed to give us our money back when Expedia called they refused, This hotel is not ready for business. Disappointed.

I have checked in on September 9th at 2:30 am we already paid for breakfast they don’t have any proper breakfast and they run out of eggs no Turkish coffee just they don’t have any juice and I paid for second day for breakfast but they don’t any service for second I’m really disappointed and I don’t recommend it to anyone

This hotel is immaculately clean and everything appears to be brand new. The room was spacious, the bathroom was top quality and bed extremely comfortable. The staff were cordial and professional. It lacks character and feels more designed for business travel than leisure. The area itself is completely under construction and you are surrounded by large construction sites, which is not a fault of the hotel, but something to consider when booking in this area. Overall great value for the price.
