This is my fourth or fifth stay. The reception mixed the two rooms that I reserved, and we had problems with connecting the wifi. The AC was very noisy that we did not sleep all first night, and they changed the room next day. I informed the receptionist that this night should be compensated. Couple of days the bathrooms were not properly prepared. We were denied to have one hour later check out due to the hotel fully booked.

The hotel is ideally located near Taksim square,walking distance (2.6Km) to Galata Tower or you can catch the little red tram from Taksim square to Galata tower(very busy) About a 20 minute walk to Dolmabahçe Palace. The only negative experience at the hotel was my wife booked a massage/turkish bath in the hotel spa,she was informed because we booked with Expedia she was entitled to 20% discount but was charged full price,when we questioned why no discount was applied (same person who told her about the discount) her reply was ..oh I forgot..She took my wife’s Details and said the discount would be credited back to her card..never happened 😤
