Never cleaned well. Had to ask to clean room. Breakfast service was extremely slow and poor had to ask 4 servers just to get a coffee which we did not get until finished eating , the tried to charge us for parking at checkout when we never had a car and asked us many times to confirm it wasn’t our charge Will probably not stay again

Not a bad stay, but not what I expected of a highly rated hotel… Check-in process was simple and there was a nice plate of fresh fruit in the room to welcome me. Much appreciated little touches! However, the room was not stocked with bath towels when I arrived - I had to ask twice. House-keeping staff then became very attentive. There was an obvious language barrier with most of the staff, which made my stay somewhat difficult. I have no major complaints, I just feel that there would have been higher level service at a property claiming 4-5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience at Divan hotel.From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I felt welcomed immediately. The room was spotless. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly each day. The location is ideal. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. The amenities, including the gym, pool, and common areas, were clean, modern, and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Big spacious rooms, carpets made it feel stuffy, we had two deluxe twin rooms, as it was busy time, they gave us rooms on opposite sides of the building. It was supposed to be city facing, but we had a view of a big white building across us & it was not very nice!
