Very nice and clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would certainly book there every time I visit Turkey. Location is great next to Meydan and istiklal street.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

It is a terrible place. None of the pictures in the website match the reality. Service was very poor, really bad breakfast. Small rooms and small elevator. One star is too much for it...I do not know how they called it 4 star Hotel!

Gayet güzel otel, ilgili yönetim..

Otel genel anlamda gayet güzel. Yönetim gayet ilgili ve sıcak insanlar. Kahvaltıda cok fazla cesıtlılık yoktu yani temel kahvaltılık malzemeler mevcut, yanındaki okuldan cok fazla ses gelebiliyor, ve konakladıgımız odada dolap masa ve yataktan arta kalan kısımda hareket alanı cok azdı, bunlar olumsuz tarafları olabılır. Sağladıkları konfor ve gösterdikleri ilgi bunlara takılmanıza gerek bırakmayacaktır.
