We had an amazing time in Istanbul and the hotel was wonderful. From the moment we checked in, Rahim and the team took excellent care of us, making sure that our questions were answered and that our stay was nothing less than perfect. In addition, the breakfast and the view of the Galata Tower each morning was breathtaking. Our breakfast host, Simin, always greeted us with a smile and she truly brightened our mornings. 2nd time is even better

This is my 2nd time staying here. Perfect location, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Walking distance to everything with a great rooftop and breakfast option. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

I stayed one night at the hotel. Upon arrival, my room was upgraded completely free of charge, and the communication before my arrival was very positive. The team was very welcoming, especially a young man at the reception who was very helpful during check-out. The breakfast was great — there was a good selection, and everything was very tasty. The location is also excellent, with everything within walking distance.

This was my second time in Istanbul, and I really won a lottery with this hotel. Great location - right by metro, so getting to and from the airport is a breeze, and it's easy to get to any touristy locations. The room was quiet. Amazing considering it so loud outside. And the best part is staff - they are all amazing!

Excellent stay! The room was clean, surprisingly quiet given you’re in the middle of a huge city, and very comfortable. The location is excellent. The property is very nice and the breakfast is delicious, along with one of the best views in Istanbul!

The staff were amazing at the hotel. It is a smaller boutique hotel and rooms are on the smaller side but the location and staff make up for it. Breakfast could be improved. Options were a bit limited and very limited meat options (I only saw deli meat). The pancakes were very cold and hard. Need a variety and change of menu daily.

Great Location!

The Galata Times Hotel was a bit of a surprise, both good and bad. The location is wonderful as it is close to the Galata Towers, the famous Istiklal Street and a plethora of hotels and shops. We’ve eaten at the lovely rooftop restaurant at this hotel before, but we’ve never stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than I had expected. There was a terrible odor of sewage in the hallway and in the room. And there were hairs on my boyfriend‘s pillow. The mattress was a little harder than I preferred. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was spacious. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. They were kind, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is the other best thing about this hotel. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Kudos to Resit, Barrett, Hasan and Yusel. Thank you for taking great care of us.

Great hotel. Exceeded my expectation. Renovated and all conveniences. Walking to Istiklal and Galata Tower. Metro is right outside door. Buses are aroubd the corner. Breakfast was delicious. And view from Breakfast place was breathtaking. Only downside is the staff during breakfast doesnt really offer any help or ask. They just stand and watch. Also they cover the bread out of reach. Not sure why. Otherwise best hotel in the area. I would stay again.
