Very noisy even with a closed window as the hotel is near a crowded area. Hugely needing a proper maintenance . Sink not working and is totally blocked . I have raised this issue since day 1 but they did'nt do anything. You'll have to bring your own sheet and blanket. We stayed there for 3 nights and no one ever did any cleaning in the room. Very limited breakfast selection. 24 hours reception but they can't give you what you need if you arrive very late at night. If you have extra more money, better to stay somewhere else. Definitely we won't comeback in this hotel again. The area is nice, good communication with transportation but the accommodation is terrible. However staff are friendly and helpful with sorting out transport and carrying a luggage.

I hope they will upgrade the AC system specially if you are in the 7th floor ! Also you may want to bring your own bedsheets

Rude reception, ill-mannered, when I made the payment, I asked for the receipt several times and they made a fuss about not giving it to me! Even though there was a no smoking sign at the hotel reception, the air, the rooms, the hallways, the entire area of ​​the hotel, was heavy with the smell and cigarette smoke. When I asked at the reception, the employee insisted on saying that smoking was prohibited, but inside the rooms there were ashtrays on the tables! The bathroom had no shower curtain and the floor was flat, so the water flooded the entire floor! 2 nights was all We could take, and went to another hotel!

Bonjour j’arrive en Istanbul pour les implants dentaire donc je réserve cette hôtel Nayla. L’hôtel est situer dans le centre Aksaray à côté métro , tram, Camii Ayasofya Sultnahmed ,Eminönü c’est bon endroit ! Accueille très chaleureux y’a petite déjeuner aussi chaque matin l’hôtel très propre est confortable je vous Conseille à réserve . Merci à Nayla Hôtel Teşekur ederim
