The hotel is a real trash, do not reserve it

My trip was a real mess. First of all this hotel was not located in the location and described address which is in the criminal area of Istanbul, and so I had to call them several times to find my route. Then, they changed my reservation to another hotel (The Little Prince hotel (Kucuk Prens)) which was an old building with extremely dirty rooms, no provided water, non-standard bathroom, no clean sheets, and with so annoying sound and noise from other rooms and floors. I highly recommend not to go to a such place.

A very bad experience

Totally unprofessional , The place was hard to fine because there is no signs anywhere around indicate that was a hotel no place to park and the rooms were not ready and they were not available the person at the door did not speak English I knocked on the door for several minutes till they answered the door I demand a full refund thank you

Not Recommended Limited hot water. Suitable for in

The day desk clerk sent me directions to the hotel. The stairwell is steep. There are no handrails. Watch you head in the first flight! You may bump it. (I am 5’11). The night clerk kept me up ALL NIGHT LONG with his personal phone calls, and I was on the 4th floor! I finally went down there at 4:30AM to ask him to keep it down. He did somewhat. The place is inexpensive, but very far from the airport. The ride there and back cost 4x what the room did.
