Hôtel was great. Excellent amenities. Restaurant « the globe » was too expensive and mediocre food for dinner. Breakfast buffet was great.

The staff were so flirty and not professional at all. The hotel is in the middle of no where so if you are going as a guest bit from Turkey it’s difficult to walk up and down the hills it’s exhausting. Nobody was helpful. Considering this was a Hilton hotel I wasn’t impressed at all. Just the view was amazing

The showers were horrible. Horrible water pressure and the water would go cold then hot then back to cold. Very frustrating. We asked for 1 hour extended late check out and they said they were fully booked then when my girlfriend called them and complained they let us stay an extra hour. The plugs in the bathroom didnt work.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing—plentiful, delicious, and well presented. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-equipped, offering a wide range of amenities including a swimming pool, hairdresser, and an on-site restaurant. Highly recommended for both comfort and service!

I stayed in many 5 star hotels in Istanbul. For the last 3 years, I only stay in Hilton Istanbul Bomonti. They have professional, caring, and respectful staff. The hotel has a great environment, perfect location and access, great food, and great amenities. It is also very safe and secured. My only suggestions which are definitely not a deal breaker for me: - Have a more diverse night meal menu. It is very limited, - waive outdoor pool fee for executive guests, - Upgrade A/V system (e.g. Bluetooth connection) of the rooms. Thank you very much for your great service, as always :)
