This was our second stay at Hotel Mina and it was as pleasant as our first. The staff are so incredibly kind and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly located walking distance to all the local attractions and there are lots of places to eat close by. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely visit again.

For what we like to do, the Mina was perfect. We could walk to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar. It’s a simple Hotel but was super clean, nice beds, & hot water!!!

The staff were amazing. They were quick to resolve any issues. They were also trust worthy. I accidentally left money in the room and came back much hours later to find the money still there. I also left my luggage with them as I had a late flight. They helped me book taxi and cruises.

Had to call front desk every couple of hours to turn on air conditioning. WiFi was not working. Tv remote did not work. Front desk person rudely told me I look like an ugly celebrity when I checked in (we are both black so we all look alike?). Spoiler: I look Spanish and she is a dark-skinned woman. Hotel is convenient to all the major sites and transportation though.

Noise night working - directly outside of hotel

Booked a 3 night stay here. Hotel location very good central for tourist attractions. Rooms on the small side, clean and bed comfy and bathroom facilities good. Work is currently being carried out on the street directly in front of the hotel - during the night!! Something out of the control of the hotel but we were unable to sleep for the noise - really bad. We moved rooms to sleep on our third night stay, we should have been offered this option also on night 2, we complained to the night shift person on reception, but were left to try to sleep in our room which was impossible. This spoilt our stay.

I enjoyed my stay the amenities were ok. The shower was tight in space and leaked but the water pressure was excellent. Ths internet was weak and entirely optional at times. The views of the river were wonderful and the location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were helpful.

The property was in a central location near the grande bizarre. The property was very clean and staff was excellent. The problem with property was that maintenance shut down the water to do repairs and I couldn't take a shower. There was no tissue paper. The property was very clean, freshly painted and roomy. I would recommend this property.
