Hotel's location was excellent - just few minutes on foot from many of the major attractions in Sultanahmet/Fatih. Staff at reception were quite helpful and polite. The room was clean and sufficiently large for two people with suitcases, but without hardly any soundproofing. We could hear conversations, furniture being moved etc. in the nearby rooms. The breakfast was ok, but items were not always replenished, even with another hour and a half before breakfast closing time. We stayed 6 nights and feel that this hotel is better suited for short stays.

Lovely hotel. We had a sea view room. Well appointed and comfortable. Daily breakfast included was great. The front desk staff were all very helpful arranging a tour for us and booking our taxi to the airport. They also gave us good tips of what do our own as well. If we get back to Istanbul again we would rebook here for sure

The property is decent for what you pay, the AC worked sometimes, the bed pillows could be replaced and the breakfast wasn’t anything special. However, the staff were very friendly, the property was clean and in a good area of town, very near the blue mosque/Hagia Sofia. The pricing is good for what you get. Don’t waste time and money booking airport pickup through them unless you’re in a group of 3+. The shuttle was $15 more than uber taxi of which there were plenty available upon exiting the airport. The airport vans we booked took 20+ minutes to arrive to pick us up at the airport, were very expensive and smelled like BO.
