Front desk person Broak is amazing. Others not so much. Breakfast staff very nice and kind. The view there amazing Lobby rugs old and dirty Shower never really hot. Online picture with beautiful views. My room had a small window looked to wall and roof and another looked to wall and shaft below. Very disappointing room

I was exhausted and the manager gave me a free upgrade. The room was quiet. The view extraordinary from the balcony. The morning breakfast was nice. Very good location.
