We came to the hotel late at night and the receptionist was having hard time finding our reservation in their system. I showed him the Expedia confirmation and even though he saw that we have a room reserved he refused to give us a room because he didn’t see the reservation in the hotel system. I had to call Expedia 3 times so they could call the front desk to figure out why in the hotel system they didn’t have our reservation. We got there around 2 am and it took them 2 hours to get a room for us.
