The rooms for us and kids were good though disconnected. Kids room was a bit smaller and had frequent issues with bathroom being locked and AC shutoff automatically. There was no one at reception either but there is a person on whatsapp who would always call and respond. There were no utensils or food services on the site as well.

We were made to feel very welcome and special. All staff opened doors for us, asked how we were and made our stay very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand to help with any aspect of our trip. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and would welcome the opportunity to revisit.

Great hotel in old town. Even though from outside it doesn't look special, the room was really really nice, spacious, clean and modern. Abdullah assisted us in a very friendly and professional way. This is for sure on our list in case we're back in Istanbul.

bella camera , no reception

la camera era bella, spaziosa , funzionale, il letto comodo, laria condizionata poteva essere regolata a piacere, la vasca con doccia funzionava bene. nessun difetto per la camera in se. l unico vero difetto era l assenza di personale alla reception, per qualsiasi cosa bisognava telefonare o andare al, hotel Levni ( 7 minuti a piedi). se chiamavi il personale ci metteva anche mezzora ad arrivare. Della reception ne abbiamo avuto bisogno spesso : per prenotare massaggi nella spa, per aprire la porta della camera con la chiave elettronica che si smagnetizzava spesso, per regolare l aria condizionata che aveva le istruzioni in turco, per il check in dell aereo di ritorno,

Geweldige verblijf gehad. 1 van de beter hotels in de buurt Sirkeci. Is wel kleinschalig onderdeel van Levni hotel en spa. Maar je wordt hier gebracht voor ontbijt. Zeker aan te raden
