True Turkish Hospitality

Just returned from an incredible stay at a hotel in Türkiye that truly exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a lively, bubbly area full of shops, cafés, and local charm. Despite the energy outside, the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt intentional, from the cozy bed to the modern amenities. What made the stay truly exceptional was the efficient staff. They were always ready with helpful, personalized recommendations, from the easiest routes to walk the hilly streets to fantastic local restaurants and hammams. Each suggestion was a gem and exceeded our expectations. They even helped us do a load of laundry, guided us to the perfect coffee spot for a quick pick-me-up, and offered countless other small services that weren’t officially part of the stay. Everyone went above and beyond. Warm, welcoming, and effortlessly helpful, this hotel was perfect in every sense

Our experience was wonderful. Staff was excellent and offered to make reservations for my birthday dinner. I came home to a beautiful birthday cake the hotel provided. I was impressed with their service and kindness.

Not only is this property extremely comfy, the staff that runs it is all so wonderful! It was nice to end our vacation with Louis hotel being our last accommodation because we got the comfort of having a “home away from home” which we badly needed after traveling for a bit. The staff would drop anything just to tend to our needs, no matter how small or big. Made our stay in Istanbul extra special.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located in Galata district. The property is walking distance from 2 tram stations that made it easy to access the main tourist sites in Istanbul. Staff were friendly and welcoming during check in and provided plenty of useful information to help us plan our itinerary. The room is clean and tidy, bed was comfy and came with a great bathroom.

Perfect place to stay in an ideal location! It’s on a quiet corner a block from Galata Tower (and about 1000 places selling San Sebastián cheesecake). It’s about 2/3 of the way up in elevation between Karakoy and Taxim, making it a good starting point for exploration. Staff was friendly and helpful, always there to give advice on destinations, places to eat, getting around, or just to provide a cup of coffee. Simay in particular was great! The room was comfortable and clean, bigger than expected, really a junior suite with kitchenette, sitting area and bed in a separate nook, and a much larger bathroom than I usually expect in a boutique hotel. There’s not many amenities other than coffee and tea in the lobby, but everything you may need is within a block or two. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Istanbul!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It’s right by the Galata tower. As soon as you get out, you are in the main spot. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and a 10 min walk to the Galata bridge. We got a room on the 4th floor and it was surprisingly quiet for the location we were in, this place made our Turkey trip. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. If I ever visit Istanbul again this will be the place I stay.

Excellent stay. Owner and staff are super helpful and friendly. Make you feel at home. Give lots of advise and always readily available 24/7. If I could give more stars I would. Certainly! Here’s a refined version of your review: What an amazing place! Louis Appartements is a fantastic boutique hotel, and what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. Tufan, the manager, is an incredible host. He ensured everything was managed perfectly, from our pre-arrival arrangements to our departure. His team was equally impressive, with Ezgi, Oguljan, and Simay all going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Tufan and his team handled every detail impeccably: the room, check-in process, cleaning, and providing excellent recommendations for places to visit, shop, and even things to avoid. We stayed in the tower suite, which was fantastic with a massive balcony and a great room.
