Not Good, specially book this hotel for Turkish Bath but , we never managed to go in . They told us people is in , wait hours again they said ladies in ..! When we ask any questions Their attitude was terrible , never said sorry .. We never book this hotel again ...

Very close to what needed to be seen or done

Hotels is under cleaning ( mostly paintjob). Needs just anlittle care for some rooms. However close to all needed to be seen or done in Istanbul. Breakfast was enough and good. It is a recommended hotel, since even staff is well responding, polite and really helpful. I will certainly stay in on my nexr April stay in Istanbul. One thing: if you are looking for some relax, don't choose street rooms: noisy because of one of the mainstreets in Istanbul. Also don't get out at Aksaray metro station. It is very close ( even not 100 m from Yenikapi station), and last: this is to the hotel Manage ( very nice guy by the way!): plese bust the but of your sauna guy: too lazy and not helpful at all. Over all, it is a real budget and clean nice hotel to choose in Istanbul!!

Average hotel with good facilities

We have stayed in triple room for 3 nights. Overall impression wasn't too bad. They have offered free sauna, turkish sauna, pool and hammam. But these facilities were average or below average - pool was very small, it's dimensions 2x2 meters, no more - there is nothing to do in so small place. Turkish sauna was too cold for us. And hammam was looking like after just finished repair works - we had just looked at him and closed the door, because nobody wanted to enter. Many people were saying, that breakfast was extremely good. We were 3 people and none of us liked it. In our opinion breakfast was terrible! I can't understand, why other people liked it! Okay, if you like cold food and cold vegetables - it's okay, but if you want to eat something hot - there were only two (sometimes only one) options - eggs and strange pancakes or cut sausages in small pieces. That's all. All other food were cold vegetables, some turkish porridges (which were cold as well), various cakes and so on. As we were eating this breakfast 3 morning in a row, the third morning we started to hate this food. Room facilities were nice. Bed was comfortable, wi-fi was working fine. But it was VERY cold in the bathroom (we were stayed in January), because there were no heating at all. Also we have missed some space in the room, because for 3 people it was a little bit small. Cable TV showed only turkish channels and it's prayings - it was really boring.

Deçu par la non propreté dans la chambre et surtout l’odeur de tabac omniprésente même en demandant une chambre non fumeur car c’est un hotel pour fumeurs. Les serviettes de toilette sentent le tabac froid Le petit déjeuner était plus du salé que du sucré. Les petits échantillons de gel douche et shampooing étaient tous collants a l’extérieur. et heureusement. c’était pour une seule nuit! Points positifs : personnel agréable et a l’écoute du client. Et terrasse du petit dej agréable car au 7e etage avec vue sur le port

Fint hotell

Fina rum,fint städad men särkslit personalen som var utmärkta i servicehantering. Bra frukost och ett riktigt bra hotell. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell till alla, jättefint läge mitt i stan. Men som sagt återigen, oerhört bra och kompetenta personal. Gjorde min vistelse 100 gånger bättre.

Bize önce camsız bir oda verdiler, ardından yeni bir odaya yerleştik orda’da yatak yüzleri değişmemiş ve banyo tuvalet önceki misafirin artıklarıyla doluydu. Sonra üçüncü odaya geçtik, ve durum farklı değildi, busefer tuvalet “temiz” ama yatak odası berbat, yatak yüzünde kan lekesi ve kıllar vardı, ne yastık nede yorgan yüzü değişmemişti, sadece düzeltilmiş, yerler toz içinde. Akşam resepsiyon’da genç bir çalışan vardı söyledim hemen surat yaptı, odaya yerleşmeden önce kontrol etseydiniz diye bide dayılandı, sanki ben otelin temizlik müdürüyüm, istemiyerek biriyle yeni yüz yolladı, beraber değiştirdik. Istanbul‘da büyük küçük çok otelde kaldım, ama en berbatı buydu

Mualesef otelinizde konaklayamadık sebebi ise yandekse otelinizin ismini yazdık bizi şişlide sizin otelle alakası olmayan bir ötele götürdü tekrar yazdık yine aynı yere gittik Google’dan yazdık dolandık yine aynı ötele geldik İstanbul trafiği malum iki buçuk saat dolandık size ulaşamadık gece geç saat oldu başka bir otelde konakladık yandeksdeki adres doğruluğunuzu kontrol etmenizi rica eder otelinizde konaklayamamın üzüntüsünü belirtir çalışmalarınızda başarılar dilerim

Удобно и недорого

Отель отлично расположен рядом со станцией метро, можно за полчаса доехать до аэропорта без пересадок. Номера удобные, единственный минус - номер был прокуренный. В остальном нареканий нет. Пользовались спа - все понравилось. За ту цену, которую заплатили за отель, получили даже больше, чем ожидали.
