After shower major water leak drenched bathroom. Management made no effort to repair it. Breakfast poorest I've seen in my life. Bed and room were too small. Knowing room is bad they offered another room in one of their other hotels that was in the attic ! simply wasn't liveable. I had to go back because it was already paid for. I asked for my money back to find another hotel but they paid no notice. They made no effort to listen or rectify any of my complaints or other tenants'. They asked for more money to change room even after seeing bathroom full of water. TV was not working. Absolute disaster. Very bad experience. Pictures of bathroom leakage available upon request. Compensation requested .

location is perfect, but bed sheets are not changed, and basin and shower drain is clogged and they dont fix, AC and Heater is OFF, they control your room not you, manager is so bad, does not try to resolve any problem or refund,

The location is a little far from the airport shuttle for me as I am lazy but within. Walking distance and took me about 10 mins to walk there. The staff was fine but not particularly friendly. The security persons at the entrance however were very welcoming and helpful. The complaints about the elevator were true but it was not dangerous and quite quaint. The room was small but I like it that way and the bed was super comfortable and I am quite picky about that. The amenities were very modern for an old building. Overall I would recommend it if you donā€™t mind a 5-10 mins detour walk.

We travelled from Toronto to Istanbul and stayed in Maroon Bosporus hotel for a week. Maroon Bosporus is located on the 4th floor of the 120 year old Gumussu palace built in French Art Nouveau style. All four floors of the building are residential and some other businesses. Part of 3rd and 4th floor is the hotel which totally has 10 rooms!! There is no sign on the entrance door to mark the building as a hotel. In total, hotel has 2 or 3 staff who are very friendly and polite. Hotel does not have a lobby or common area. You have to spend time in your room or outside, exploring the city . Our room (suite with king bed) had an interior design in Turkish traditional style with a great balcony overlooking black sea and Bosporus strait. The room looked exactly the same as photos in the Expedia website. The room was spacious, cozy, clean and quiet. Air conditioner and wifi speed were great. The best part, was the balcony. Eating and drinking in the balcony with the great Black Sea view was very lovely. There are only a few Turkish channels in the roomā€™s TV and no other language TV channel. Breakfast: very very basic. Each guest was provided a plate containing 3 types of cheese, cucumber, tomato and olives. On the buffet table there were 2 bread types, 2 cereal types, butter , jam and honey. Drink: tea or coffee If asking for egg, there was extra charge. Location: great ( bus, subway , Tram, ferry) close by

Rue de prostitution et de toxicomane. La rue a une odeur de pipi affreux des quā€™il fait trop chaud. Jā€™ai demander des mon arrivĆ© Ć  me changer de chambre, car grosse odeur de cigarette les chambres sont fumeur ! Et jā€™avais un frigo qui ne fonction pas. MalgrĆ© mes plusieurs demande Ć  la rĆ©ception, jā€™ai pas eu un changement de mini frigo. Aucun rangement dans ma chambre. Enfin bref le personnel agrĆ©able Ā« surtout le jeune homme le plus jeune un peu rond Ā» enfin je nā€™y retournerai plus.

Trivagoda deluxe odaların balkonlu olduğu belirtmişdi, tuttuğumuz odanın resimlerinde de balkon manzaraları konmuştu. Lakin bizim deluxe odamız balkonlu değildi, iptal ettirmek istedik, lakin otel ve trivago yetkilileri bunu mĆ¼mkĆ¼n olmadığını sƶyledi. Bunun haricinde kahvaltısı Ƨok zayıftı.

MĆ¼kemmel bir lokasyon, harika bir manzara. Ancak hepsi bu. Otel personeli ilgisiz. Daha doğrusu var mı yok mu belli değil. Otel odalarının acilen elden geƧmesi gerekiyor. Bu kadar gĆ¼zel bir yerde olan otelin, bu kadar kƶtĆ¼ olmaya hakkı yok. Duş başlıkları kırık. Banyolar revize edilmeli. Sadece manzara diyorsanız tamam ama bence bu konuma ve otele yazık oluyor..
