The staff were rude, they donā€™t speak English and they donā€™t try to understand and help you. The shower was not working we asked them to fix it each day but we left and they didnā€™t, also the donā€™t clean the rooms they just fix the bed everyday we stayed for 7 days they never changed the bed sheets.

Rude staff, bad service, very average for the $$$

Staff were rude and looked at me like I was a criminal when checking in. Reception were reluctant to give me a second wifi code for my iPad which I thought was pretty stingy. Wifi didn't reach room so had to sit in hall on my iPad.

Terrible

Staff were discourteous and difficult to deal with. The A/C went down and I was told it would be back up in 1-2 hours. It didnt come back before I left the next day. Housekeeping came in to my room at 630 and were vacuuming the hallway outside my room starting at 530. Do not recommend.

Petit dĆ©jeuner pas riche, mĆ©nage un peu bĆ¢clĆ© au second et 3ĆØme jour du sĆ©jour, Ć©quipe du check out pas trĆØs courtoise (nous avons dĆ» transporter les bagages seul au moment du dĆ©part, le concierge nous a clairement dit que nous Ć©tions 2 donc on pouvait prendre les bagages sans soucis šŸ™„šŸ™„ alors qu'il y en avait 5...)
