The room was filthy. The mattresses had stains everywhere the walls the floors were so disgusting. AC didn’t work. I cannot believe this property is listed on Expedia. Staff wasn’t helpful. I had this booked for a week and ended up leaving before staying one night. Booked elsewhere and lost all my money.

worst hotel ever encountered

Worst kind of hotel. Owner was extremely rude. I have travelled to 25+ countries and stayed in many hotels but never came across such a rude owner. On my first night, I was assured at the reception that breakfast was included. However, couple of days later, I was told that I need to pay for it. I was ready to pay but said I want to discuss about it. Polite receptionist called owner to explain. Owner, who doesn't live far turned up angrily and said he will call police and throw my items out. He didn't want to talk or listen For context I was travelling with old parents and my wife. Completely ruined my experience. Ohh and I haven't even mentioned dark and damp rooms and flaky toilet seat which broke on the last day.

Ich würde es niemals mehr buchen,Bettwäsche dreckig, Bett stinkt Bad stinkt, Bodenbeläge abgenutzt bei einem Erdbeben fällt das Hotel direkt auseinander, Zimmer war neben Rezeption keine Ruhe zum schlafen , bin viel Flieger und bin jeden Monat in Istanbul das war das schlechteste bis jetzt .. El primer dia nos dijeron que nos habían mandado a una habitación equivocada que si queríamos estar en ella teníamos que pagar 5 euros por noche mas. Les dije que no era mi problema que me mandaran a una habitación que no era y me dijeron que tenia que salir de ella. No me dijeron a que hora tenia que salir ni nada y les preguntaba cada poco. Finalmente me harté y me dijeron en la tercera noche que no era necesario que me cambiara de habitación. Una vergüenza, había un chico que dentro de este caos era agradable. Pero había otro que era un chulo y un impresentable. Además en los tres días que estuve no me cambiaron las toallas ni me repusieron papel de baño ni jabones. Ni hacer la cama
