I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond — they even arranged an early check-in for me based on my needs, which I truly appreciated. I want to give special thanks to the front desk manager, Adil and other two front desk staff members I interacted with. Every single one of them was professional, patient, and proactive. They not only coordinated my transportation needs but also helped arrange rides to attractions, making my trip smooth and stress-free. What impressed me even more was what happened on the day I checked out — I accidentally left something behind in the room. I contacted them , they responded promptly, located my item right away. Their efficiency and care were truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. Very welcoming helpful staff. Clean and modern. Good value for its price. We stayed here due to its proximity to the airport. There is not a lot to do in the neighborhood with no real restaurants within walking distance. I suggest eating at the hotel.

The food that we ordered from the restaurant looked amazing in the menu, but what they actually brought out had completely different sides. The food wasn’t good. The bathroom had a foul smell when we arrived. The blanket and pillow was extremely thick and made it difficult to sleep. I barely slept.
