I was not always happy.

My stay was fairly good but the hotel owners still have a lot to work on their communication, either employing people that can speak the English major language or they polish themselves on the language. (English/French). Finally, try and be nice to visitors.

We loved this hotel! Thought the staff were excellent. Two things maybe: 1) felt linens should be changed during stay 2) first morning we requested a diet soda for our daughter during breakfast ... no problem; second morning we requested the same and was told there were no diet sodas. Because of this unavailability we did not eat in your restaurant other than the first night (we were able to get her one during this meal) during our 6 night stay.
