I stay 13 days never change the sheets bad and the carpett for the roon is too dirty never use the vacuum Just the sttaf is very gentle and very good the rooms is verry small

- sehr dreckig, alles veraltet oder beschädigt - Schimmel an den Wänden - Tapete hängt runter - 2 Zimmer gebucht, bei einem war sogar das Türschloss beschädigt!!!! 1 Familie konnte die erste Nacht deswegen nicht schlafen

zentral gelegenes Stadthotel, Nähe Tram und Metro

Sehr freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück, kleine, hellhörige aber schöne Zimmer, kleines Bad, Fön, Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, bequeme Betten, kostenfreier WLAN auch im Zimmer, Spa war gut (vermutlich Männer bevorzugt) auf den Fernseher im Spa hätte man verzichten können, Hamam günstig und gut. Alles in allem waren wir (2 Schwestern) sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder hin.

De beskriver at de eget parkeringsplads som er betalingsfri. det har de ikke og du bliver nød til at holde et andet sted mod betaling. personalet var meget hjælpsom tager imod din bagage og er generelt hele tiden opmærksom på sine gæster. første dag var der papir rester i en af deres skabe og det tolker jeg som at der ikke er blevet gjort ordenligt rent da der heller ikke var shower gel på badeværelset. det gjorde jeg dem opmærksom på hvilket der hurtigt blev rettet op på. generelt var det fint at være der.

personnel ne parle pas anglais

j'ai reservé avec l'option de payer plus tard à l'hotel mais à ma grande surprise à l'arrivée l'hotel n'a pas accepté ma reservation puis s'est retracté en prelevant la somme de ma carte bancaire sans me prevenir et avec des frais supplementaires!
