All the staff was amazing to us. Always willing to help until the end. Last minute big taxi to the airport for all our luggage. The roof top great food and wonderful. The pool, the sauna. A great hotel in the heart of Istanbul. A few minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and many restaurants/cafes/bars on the street outside the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a great selection and our baby was accommodated with a high chair.

The Orient Express is in a very transit street, had a bit noice up to midnight. The staff was excellent, they would attend to your request and needs immediately. The bathrooms are not big at all, and they lack space to put anything on. Overall I was happy to stay here for a few nights but if longer I would probably look elsewhere.

Staff courteous and helpful arranging taxi transfer back to airport. Room itself was ok , faulty light switch & rainhead shower faulty. No room to put out cases and small wardrobe. Noise levels poor both through walls and corridor noise. Street noise with trams going past caused disturbed sleep and no long lie. Pool small , sauna small.
