Pleasant. Good location middle of Istiklal street but not very clean. We booked a triple room but they gave us a double room with Extra Bed. We upgraded to a 2 separated rooms and it was better than the first one. Rooms are small.

The hotel is very good in general, The location is perfect, quite place, clean and with good staff, but the toilet was so small and the breakfast was less than normal otherwise i give it five stars.

The only good thing about this hotel was one of their front desk personnel (a young Persian guy) and a cleaning lady from Tajikistan who were both pleasant and very helpful. Our room phone did not even have a wire to be plugged into the wall. The water just got disconnected in the middle of my shower. Pieces of the floor carpet in one of our rooms was loose and moved around. The elevator only goes to level 6, but our suite was on the 7th, and the light on the stairs did not always turn on. We only had 2 shower towels for a suite for 4 guests.
