The room was awfully smelly. Cigarettes and washing powder. Also, the headboard of the bed is facing the window, so even with the window closed, there was a strong draft at night and it was cold. There is no housekeeping.

Very reasonable price, especially for those who are staying for more than 2 days. The hotel itself is very safe and the cleanliness is perfect, thanks for the lovely cleaning lady! Stuff is very friendly and will help you with your any question! For those who will look for market try “Namli” market 10 min from hotel, it is cheap and you can find anything you want. The location is also very good, it is close to Taksim square and İstiklal caddesi. One disadvantage is the low connection of the internet. Overall, it is a good place to stay for the low budget tourists and worth to give a try!

The check-in was so annoying. The receptionist wanted to give me a smaller room than what I selected and paid for, just because I am solo and my room has a double bed We argued for more than 20-minutes, until he accepted to give me the room i selected The pictures in hotel’s profile is misleading, rooms are less than half of what’s declared Other than that everything is good, the room is clean and tidy So guys be careful when you select your room you might be given something less expensive than what you paid for.

I booked for eight nights , they give me a room without heating, the shower was not hot enough. I change the room , they don’t clean regularly, last day of my stay; the toilet smell so disgusting, under the bed was full of dust until I get sick because I am allergic to dust . They are greedy, they don’t put toilet paper or water bottles. Normally I book specially because of the shuttle from and to the airport, but they said, they didn’t offered . It was written on the website. The only positive thing was : helping me calling a taxi .

Not clean / had rain water inside the room / bed sheets are old and some have holes in them / heating is not adequate / TV is only in turkish and you do not have access to channels that broadcast english movies / they do not equip the room with tissue nor toilet paper, they only give you 1 Liter of water the first day / apartment is accessible by stairs from 3rd to 4th level so u have to carry the cases. The place is close to Taksim square this is the only good thing. The kids of the landlord speak english and help a lot but they are not there the whole time and it is difficult to communicate with the parents as they do not speak english.

Nice place to stay

in low budget you can not find any place better then Pera Sultan suit. The staff was so cooperative.Room was very clean, very silent and beds were comfortable.daily house keeping. The hotel smells very good because of their daily cleaning routine.Taksim square and metro is on small walking distance.i felt very nice family environment.lift was very helpful to easily move my baby walker to the ground floor.strongly recommended.

Mostly clean, friendly staff, good location (5 min. walk from Taksim square) despite the appearance of the neighborhood. The only problems were the size of the room (very small) and the lack of amenities - no soap or shower gel, cups or glasses (kettle was available however). Neutral overall experience.
