Had a great couplen of days at this hotel, staff were very friendly, offered a great service and were very helpful. The hotel is very close to major tourist sites and was walkable within 10 mins. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Istanbul.

Very clean and nicely decorated rooms, nice bathroom with good flow of water. Parking was available outside the hotel if spaces are found. Over all everything all the whole experience was really good and we enjoyed staying at the Seven Hills palace hotel.

Excellent Stay

We had a very warm welcome from the reception team and were shown to our room. Unfortunately our room was next to a building site nextdoor so balcony wasnā€™t exactly relaxing, but limited noise into the room. We slept very well and very surprised at the excellent room quality. The hotel is very well located only 3-5 mins walk from the nearby attractions; yet are in quiet streets away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast team stood out as really welcoming and were a highlight of our stay.

Trust but verify the quality

The room I was given met my expectations, however the balcony door look was broken, and balcony was adjacent to construction posing a serious security risk. Their solution was to move me to a lesser of quality room with a view. After a day of traveling I did want to move for a third time. Additionally, the taxi service they called the following morning attempted to scam by over charging me and not using the meter.

I recently stayed at Seven Hills Palace and Spa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff specially Saddat were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. One of the standout features of my stay was the Turkish Hammam service. It was a truly rejuvenating experience, and the professional staff (Leila and Ayouh) made sure everything was perfect. The Turkish Hammam was spotless, beautifully designed, and provided a serene escape from the busy dayā€”a must-try for anyone staying at the hotel. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was outstandingā€”fresh, delicious, and catered to different dietary needs. The location was another major plus. It was conveniently situated close to attractions, making it easy to explore the city while still being a quiet and peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Overall, Seven Hills Palace and Dpa exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay, whether for business or leisure. The Turkish Hammam alone is worth the visit! Iā€™ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
