Very clean and cozy hotel with helpful staff. And also a very good breakfast. A very negative experience was that even though my reservation was " pay at property " , all the money was deducted from my Visa card without prior notice. And they were totally irresponsible for this matter, and they said that we do this as usual!

Me and my family stayed there for about 5 days. We all had amazing experience. Great, friendly and very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Great location. Only 15 minutes walk to Taksim square and Istiklal Caddesi. Pretty much if you like to walk, this hotel is close to most of the places within 15-35 minutes walk. There was a gentleman working at this hotel whose name is Ismael. He is very friendly and helpful and caring.

Nice affordable hotel

It’s a nice affordable hotel on a quiet street near Taksim square. There was a problem when I checked in, the room wasn’t clean, but the staff solved it very quickly. They changed my room and left complimentary wine and chocolate in my room. It was very client-oriented. Special thanks to a cleaning lady who was always welcoming and kind. Also, I would like to mention an outstanding kebab restaurant nearby with good prices and best kebab I’ve ever had.

Location was great. The Room was clean and staff were very accommodating. I had a terrace room which was enjoyable. I would stay there again. The only drawback was no microwave in room but Staff were able to use the equipment downstairs as I needed.

Instanbul is a city of 15 million so no matter where you stay it is a taxi ride wherever you want to go. I found the Fox hotel to be a excellent place to stay. Rooms were updated and clean. I cannot say enough about Freda and her staff. Excellent staff. whenever I needed help they were there to help me. After staying in Instanbul for 10 days I went to Ukraine and on my way back home I spent 2 more nights there. Be sure to tell them how big a room you need as they have some rooms that are small.

Colazione pessima. Servizi di basso livello e pulizia assolutamente da rivedere. La camera era di buone dimensioni e vicino al punto di interesse (convention center). Il personale è decisamente informale, direi quasi una gestione "tra amici". Dunque, è una soluzione di medio-basso livello che può essere accettata solo se non si trova altro di meglio.

Petit hôtel dans une ruelle calme, situé à 2 minutes à pied d’une des grandes avenues du centre (Taksim). Bien tenu, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Équipe jeune, dynamique et sympathique qui porte une grande attention à la satisfaction du client. Petit souci avec la douche fixe qui ne fonctionnait pas, et peu de ceintres dans les armoires. Attention aussi à ne pas appuyer sur le bouton Ne Pas Déranger à l’heure du nettoyage, car les femmes de chambre ne reviennent pas faire votre chambre une fois qu’elles ont changé d’étage. A part ça, que du positif !

küçük oda

Deluxe oda için rezervasyon yaptım, ama müsaitlik olmadığı için ilk gece ekonomik odada kaldım. Ekonomik oda çok dardı, cam açılınca odada yürünmüyordu bile. Deluxe oda da çok geniş sayılmazdı. Temizlikten emin olmadığım için yerlere kolonya döküp havluyla sildim, havlu siyah oldu. Kahvaltı ve hizmet mükemmeldi, çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Genel olarak daha ucuz olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum, daha ucuz olursa tekrar konaklanabilir.
