Free valet parking a big bonus in Istanbul. There are 3 underground floors for dining and conferences. The hotel is much bigger than it looks. Lifts. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fantastic room. If you take a bath you need to get the flow from the tap correct to avoid wetting the floor.

The hotel room we had booked was "upgraded to a better room", likely because the sea view ones were booked. This was fine, however the breakfast is less optimal than expected most items were hard to combine as someone coming from west Europe, this is preference and also fine. The big problem arised when the room we wete in flooded due to poor bath insulation. We filled the bath with a regular amount and one person got in and it all came out from underneath wetting the bathroom and the wooden floors and our clothes. From the looks of the floor it was not the first time either, this should never happen. A small detail a lot of the outlets did not work. Lastly all the spa and sauna facilities were out of commision which was only mentioned after asking and was a shame.

We checked in at 10pm and got a free upgrade to 500sf junior suites, very roomy. the hotel location is convenient as expected. bed sheets are clean. We should give it 5 star, right? BUT the hotel is outdated, toilet cannot stop leaking, window cannot close completely, there is no shampoo and bottle water in room (they gave the supply after called them). Street noise is after midnight, breakfast is soso.
