Terrible Experience

It was the most terrible hotel I have been to. The room we checked In had no telephone in there, the air conditioning was not working, we had to sleep without AC. Even in the washroom they did not put the soaps. We asked them to change the room. Next morning they changed our room, but things were not good there as well.
