The hotel is situated just stone throw distance from the high streets of Nişantaşı and Osmanbey. Many shops and restaurants around. The Wame Suite Hotel has 7 floors. My room was a standard double on the 6th floor. The room was very clean and had all the facilities which was mentioned during the booking. The breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. The staff were very kind and helpful.

This is the second time we have stayed at Wame suites this year and we like it because it is an affordable and clean place and not huge hotel with all the frills that one doesnā€™t use! Itā€™s an excellent location with Osmanbey metro on one side and the posh Rumeli Cadesso on the other. So if you like to stay away from the tourists areas at night at least, this is a great place. The breakfast has a great variety of Turkish cheeses, breads, eggs and olives along with something hot. Itā€™a good value for the room rate and the staff is extremely helpful and considerate. I think we will always stay at Wame suites when in Istanbul. Itā€™s also only 40 mins away from the airport. The one thing that the owners of the hotel should do however is fix broken furniture or side boards in the hotel rooms. That just isnā€™t right. It reflects poorly on the hotel management and owners to keep broken chairs or not repair side boards that are falling off.

Value hotel with some improvement needed

Location is in quite area but also very accessible to the shopping streets. Rooms are clean and big for the price. Service is good. The washroom had a sawage smell all day. You can hear talking or noise from other buildings.

Nice location in the heart of Osman bey

All good with the hotel, the staff is very, very friendly, breakfast was good. Area is a little noisy. One thing that can be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms, as far the floor and washrooms!

Very uncomfortable stay, poor customer service

I rarely do hotel reviews but this deserves one as it was such a disappointing experience. I have stayed in many hotels in this area and this has been by far the worst one. the standard room is very sub standard with no proper window, squeezed in between rooms with door connection to the adjacent rooms. There is no sound isolation, it is as if you are in the same room, you can hear everything from next door. I asked the management to change my room but they refused to do it despite available rooms. The AC system not working in the rooms, super hot and no fresh air due to no windows. I asked in that case cancellation of remaining nights, however they refused to do arguing it was a non-refundable booking. Very rude management and staff. Very disappointing stay, never again in this place.

The only problem is the glass windows around the bathroom. It does have shutters but still is not hard to see in bathroom. So it's fine if you're traveling alone or with a partner. Friends or cousins would be awkward. Also there's dust in ceiling so if you have sinus carry your medication. Other than that the staff are friendly. Lift is bigger than other lifts in surrounding hotels. Oh and breakfast options are very limited. But the breads are amazing.

Very central in an upscale district.

Il personale dell'hotel ĆØ molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione turca ok e buffet sempre ordinato e con cibo fino alle 1030 del mattino. Camera grande per Istanbul. La pulizia della camera lascia un po' a desiderare. In complesso l'ubicazione dell'hotel ĆØ buona.
