Overall good - staff were friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms due to different bookings and one of the rooms had a terrible smell emanating from the bathroom. Otherwise they were fine. Breakfast menu was extensive but the coffee machine always seemed to be out of order 🙄. Leaving luggage behind between stays was charged at 10 euro a night after the first night, so beware of this and have some cash ready! Location was very good - close to the harbour and public transport as well as a good walking distance to many amenities. We would stay again.

This was a very nice hotel with such an amazing staff. The location was perfect,… near all the cafes and restaurants in Karakoy, but situated away enough that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
