Although the room was clean and tidy there were things that let it down. Sheets and bedding all smell of smoke, very strong cigarette smell in the room but also kind of everywhere in Istanbul?? Towels had holes in it and walls are very thin, could hear everything and everyone. Would I go again, no! but for the price, what more can I expect. Staff were friendly

Inaccurate rating and information. This hotel was filtered in my search with several conditions: Airport shuttle and Breakfast included Hotel Transportation - exist but for a overcharging fee in comparing to regular Taxi service - Terrible + Not sure what happened but provided number in hotel description was not answering when I was trying to call several times after landing - no one was answering ~ 2- 3 PM and I was not able to get hotel staff to to answer my calls to arrange transportation. (Later I was found out that it was a good thing because what hotel is charging for transportation is way higher in opposite then you just use regular Taxi service and in not local currency but Euro. Breakfast it is a joke - I wish I could add picture of it, so you could have a health laugh looking on it... + if you would like a coffee or tee it is available for extra charge - hotel is advertising "Breakfast included" Terrible Disliked: cleanliness, property conditions, noise and dust everywhere +funky smell inside and in the room. Staff is friendly but not helping to overcome rest of the expectations, especially when it is rated @ 8,2 There is no way I would recommend or stay in this place one more time (at least based on current rating)

You get what you owe for and it isn't good

I guess I shouldn't expect much for the price but this place is pretty dang uncomfortable all around. Bathroom is insanely small, no place to put your stuff, the sheets are scratchy, the mattress is terrible, and the two pillows you get are sad little pillows that wish they were never brought into this world. If you need something close-ish to the airport for a late night flight arrival, it can work, but I really wish I had just spent the cash to go straight to tomorrow's accomodations.

Great option for airport hotel.

Great stay. Was able to order in yummy food by way of reception. Helpful friendly staff. The walls are a little thin, so I recommend earplugs.

I have no idea how this hotel even has 4 stars. It’s more like a hostel or boutique hotel. Thankfully I only stayed 1 night. It’s not anything nice or luxury and not a place for women. Never again. The staff is kind. The hotel is very run down and ghetto, way over priced for a ratchet hotel.

Our room was a good size and clean, AC working well. Hotel is located in the neighborhood, so lots of local people around. We found a small restaurant a few minutes away and enjoyed the authentic meal. There is a Turkish delight store just at the corner, we bought some treats there, it’s 10 times cheaper than at the airport.
