• Pet fee: BRL 120 per pet (varies based on length of stay) plus a one-off BRL50 cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 4:00 PM and midnight
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: BRL 100 per day; may vary based on length of stay and unit size

• At check-in, parents or a legal guardian travelling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with a photo (for example, a passport).
