Hotel bem aconchegante estilo alemão colonial. Só acho interessante comentar que pelo valor da diaria do quarto simples a acomodacao poderia ser melhor. Existem quartos muito bons no hotel que poderiam baratear o quarto de solteiro. Pois o mesmo é de porte muito pequeno até mesmo para uma única pessoa. O assento do vaso sanitario estava totalmente danificado, o que causou dificuldade no uso. A equipe é atenciosa e a limpeza muito bem feita. Cafe da manha ok. Só o valor do quarto simples que realmente é desproporcional sendo que um quarto maior e com cama mais confortável e uma boa vista ds rua estava 10 a 12 reais mais caro! Se soubesse teria ficado com o quarto maior. Não recomendo o quarto de solteiro pois a vista da janela é para uma parede com cano!

Olá! Nosso convidado relatou algumas situações chatas. Comentou que o hotel é bem velho, trocou de quarto porque o primeiro tinha AC de janela e fazia muito barulho. Trocaram ele de quarto. De uma forma geral, Hotel bem velho, roupas de cama e banho bem desgastados, não tem frigobar. No segundo quarto TV também não funciona. Cadeira desconfortável. Enfim, a avaliação geral foi bem abaixo. Único ponto positivo, o café da manhã é bom.

O hotel é bem aconchegante, tradicional e colonial. O estacionamento é muito bom e incluso na estadia. Porém o ar condicionado é antigo, faz bastante barulho, e no verão é essencial usar em Blumenau. O café da manhã tinha uma variedade ok, mas alguns sanduíches tinham o pão com aspecto mais seco. O chão do quarto faz um pouco de barulho e algumas vezes tinha um cheiro que parecia queimado no quarto. As cortinas são apenas blackout, então era necessário deixar completamente aberto ou completamente escuro.

Hotel normal, sem luxos, atendeu a necessidade. Bom atendimento, café da manhã ok, nada especial, fui muito bem recepcionado. A cama não é muito confortável, travesseiros são baixos, o quarto é bem apertado, o chuveiro é bom. Vantagem é ter estacionamento no hotel. Perto de onde eu precisava, vem localizado.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo à Avenida XV de Novembro e a equipe muito atenciosa, especialmente Guilherme e Sr. Leomar. As instalações e decoração são simples, mas a limpeza impecável torna o ambiente agradável; roupa de cama e banho muito cheirosas.Não é recomendado para pessoas com problemas de locomoção, pois o acesso à recepcão e aos quartos é feito por escadas. Nos hospedamos no período da Oktoberfest (peeços de altíssima temporada) e ocupamos o Studio Familia número 31, com dois pequenos quartos que se comunicam e um pequeno banheiro. Janelas com vista para uma parede. O café é servido no subsolo e oferece opçoes de pães, frios, frutas e sucos.

Até volto, mas se não houver outra opção.

O hotel é uma ampliação de uma casa antiga de Blumenau e com o assoalho de madeira que faz muito barulho.Você ouve pessoas andando no corredor, no quarto em cima do seu... O café da manhã é bem fraquinho. O wifi do andar não consegui conectar. O chuveiro elétrico sai pouca água. Enfim, pelo preço da diária eu esperava um pouco mais. Mas de bom tem a localização que é excelente, o ar condicionado e a tv são ok.
