Muito agradável. Em frente ao mar, limpeza acima da média e atendimento sempre com cortesia. Poucos canais de TV a cabo e o restaurante que é terceirizado não atende na beira da praia, mas não chega a ser problema pois há várias opções.

Felizmente foi só 1 noite. Atendimento fraco na recepção, tive que pagar o estacionamento, no anúncio estava escrito estacionamento disponível, não estava estacionamento pago. Ar condicionado não funcionava e não ofereceram outro quarto, recepcionista veio mas não arrumou. Tive que chamar pra ligar o ventilador desligado e teve que subir na cadeira e mesinha pra religar. Recepcionista não sabia dar informações sobre os restaurantes próximos. Colchão de espuma horrível

Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo nesse hotel. Mas, está pior que das outras vezes, e nem podem culpar “pandemia”. Elevador estragado Blackout mal posicionado não veda luz, assim como a tv (que não funcionava!), mas ficava com led enorme que não desligava. Ar condicionado muito barulhento.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, pé na areia e tem serviço de praia que é, sem dúvida, um diferencial. A equipe é muito prestativa e simpática, estão de parabéns e no caminho certo com relação a interação com os hóspedes. Desde o pessoal responsável pela limpeza/manutenção, portaria, café da manhã e serviço de praia. Muito bom mesmo. Pontos de melhoria, são dois na minha avaliação. Primeiro trata-se dos elevadores, são antigos e quase que toda nossa estadia dos dois equipamentos, somente um deles funcionou. Porém são lentos é demora a atender a demanda, sugiro uma modernização para melhorar o serviço. O segundo ponto é com relação a TV, o hotel tem somente as TV abertas e sem nenhuma outra opção, sugiro um pacote de TV paga básico ou mesmo a possibilidade de cobrar por um serviço melhor. Porém super recomendo, estive pela segunda vez.

Sem dúvida, o melhor hotel de Piçarras para quem tem problemas de acessibilidade. o hotel fica na beira da praia, só precisando atravessar uma rua, sem escadarias e com elevador. O café da manhã é excelente! Os quartos são antigos, e os banheiros precisam de uma boa reforma, mas nada que não possa ser tolerado em prol de uma estadia fácil e agradável!
