Quarto confortável, camas muito boas, ar condicionado. Só falta uma manutenção em 2 itens no quarto que fiquei, n°408: encostei minha mão no chuveiro durante o banho e levei um choque leve, pois deve estar com algum problema na fiação. Já o secador de parede precisa ser trocado urgentemente. Faz um barulho enorme e sai cheiro de ferro queimado. Precisam trocar por um novo.

O Hotem não tem estacionamento e os próximos não funcionam adequadamente. Além disso o chuveiro é elétrico e com pouca água. Por fim, não tem tratamento de lixo correto, com separação das parcelas de secos, orgânicos e rejeitos.

Hotel parcialmente condizente com o valor cobrado. Equipe simpática e atenciosa. Ponto negativo foi o chuveiro que tem parte dos "furos" para saída de água entupidos, o que atrapalha muito o volume de água para o banho (apto 305). Ponto positivo é o Camargo, o responsável pelo café da manhã, extremamente simpático e atencioso. Está de parabéns! Tenta fidelizar os cliente. Localização também é boa

Observação e constatação

Já não é o primeiro hotel que me hospedo e tenho a impressão que nos dão o pior quarto por ter sido feito pelo app, o quarto muito muito pequeno e desconfortável, não dormimos a noite inteira por conta do ar condicionado e o frigobar, a impressão que estávamos dentro da turbina do avião. Limpeza e café da manhã razoável mas aceitável, recepção tbm muito bem atendidos e prestativos, mas o principal que buscamos descanso, não conseguimos
