Apartamento excelente e bem localizado.

Nos hospedamos em 8 pessoas, sendo 6 adultos, um adolescente e uma criança. O apartamento acomodou bem a todos e a localização é muito boa, a poucos passos da Meia Praia, com acesso direto ao calçadão de Itapema. Próximo de mercados, farmácias, lojas em geral. O proprietário foi muito gentil e solícito para conosco. Recomendamos com certeza.

Exatamente como nas fotos e descrições. Uma coisa que chamou muito a atenção foi a transparência da negociação com o proprietário e a atenção e suporte no período em que lá estivemos. Ficou literalmente a nossa disposição. Muito bom! Recomendo. Uma única observação foi que sentimos falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha. Tirando isso, maravilhoso.

Gostamos muito de ficar neste apartamento, muito aconchegante, tal qual as fotos apresentadas. Muito próximo à praia, excelente para descansar, praticar esportes (quadra de vôlei de praia em frente ao prédio, em frente ao calçadão) e passear com a família. O apartamento é amplo e confortável, excelente para curtir as férias com família ou amigos. Os proprietários foram muito atenciosos e receptivos.
