O hotel tem boa estrutura, mais peca em vários pontos: 1) Elevadores super demorados, poucos pelo tamanho do hotel, além do calor excessivo dentro dos mesmos. 2) Horário de funcionamento da piscina bem ruim, fecha as 18 hrs e dificilmente as toalhas chegam e sem atendimento do bar. 3) Restaurante do hotel com ar condicionado estragado. 4) Falta orientação no momento do check-in.

Hotel com ótima estrutura, com excelente café da manhã, quartos aconchegantes, boa academia. Alguns pontos de melhoria: Os atendentes na recepção, na sua maioria, são pouco simpáticos com os clientes, a piscina apesar de em ótimo lugar, você precisa quase que passar por cima das pessoas para pegar uma espreguiçadeira e a garagem precisa ter mais vagas.
