Please read my entire review. My first impression was that this is a tired hotel in need of a facelift. (We used entrance #4) The sidewalk was sunken below the curb causing a trip hazard. The door frame was in need of a fresh coat of paint. The window of the door was dirty. The carpet in the entrance hall was dirty and stained. The air space was very hot. Then we got to our room and our impression started to change. Even though the room was older, it was clean. AC worked well. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool was totally enjoyable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay and will return when in the Ithaca area again. Thanks!

The two pools were nice. Friendly staff. The room was comfortable. Internet access was good. There were no stairs at the outdoor pool (not accessible). The shower water temperature took a long time to heat up. The hotel was quiet and private. Lots of parking available.

It is a good place to stay, there are many shops nearby, it has 2 pools one outside and if you get cold you can be inside the water there is warm, the breakfast is very tasty, in the service they are very friendly, I thought it was very good and a good price, we had a very good experience in that place

Good value

Hotel is a great value, room smelled a little musty and the whole place is dated. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was really good! Enjoyed the fresh fruit!!

Nice clean hotel at 25 - 30% less than the downtown hotels. Nothing fancy but the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the shower is hot and has good pressure, and there's a lovely inground pool in the summer season. I would stay here again.

Run down and smelly. In need of a renovation.

Horrible dank and stale odor!! The entire property — corridors, rooms, dining hall — needs all the smelly old carpeting to be ripped out, then thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and freshly painted and re-carpeted. Moreover, several rooms and beds seem to be infrequently occupied or used. We experienced biting dust mites in one of the two beds in the room assigned to us!
