It was clean but there was essentially no cold water! The cold water came out warm enough to shower in! Both the shower faucets and the sink faucets! The WiFi was weak. The keys were unreliable which is a problem when you go down for coffee and have somewhere that you need to be at a certain time and you can’t get back in your room to shower. The courtyard was lovely and the bed was comfy.

The property in general needs an overhaul/ make over. The lobby was dark and dingy. We arrived at the hotel and my wife and I thought that it was closed, it wasn’t inviting to enter. The room was like ok but it needs improvement, the dining room where we had breakfast was like being in the 1600’s very old. The room was clean and fresh sheets and towels. If you can stay somewhere else!!!

The room was a nice size and had good lighting. It needed some repairs and updates. The bathroom light over the sink didn’t work, and there wasn’t enough plugs. The corner behind a chair had some dirt and debris on the base of the standing lamp. The bed sagged a bit in the middle but was comfortable otherwise.

The breakfast and service were wonderful! Main complaint was with the noisy “crisp” bedding which looked so inviting but interrupted our sleep all night. Also, paper products could be softer, but that’s being picky.

Great bargain for the area. Its older hotel, but it was very clean and the staff was nice. My friend was able to bring her pet. The mall next door is going through hard times, but still has a Target, Michaels and BJs.

The man who checked us in was super. We loved our room, being on the first floor near the outside door, and the large grassy area for my pets. This property was probably majestic when it was first opened, and we could see a little aging, but we absolutely LOVED it! Breakfast and dining room was amazing!!! I can't say enough good things about the hotel. Thank You!!!
