I had to switch rooms because the heat was broken in the original room. The new room didn’t have strong hot water in the shower.. it was warm, but not hot. And as much as it’s nice to have a dark room for sleeping, while not sleeping, the lights were never enough to see things comfortably, especially where the full length mirror was, oddly next to the bed and not in a place where one can stand and see themselves comfortably enough nor well lit. Staff was incredibly friendly- Rebecca helped me change my room and Reese at the front desk was so helpful and kind.
